5 years of experience with Lean on the farm

Folke Brinkmann from Viljalysa AB and farmer Mathias Hellström will tell how they work with Lean on the farm. They have been working with Lean since 2016. The farm Stäholms Lantbruk AB in central Sweden has 300 sows and 550 ha of crops and has 6-8 employees. They will focus on:

• Meeting by the whiteboard and daily/weekly control
• Examples of visualising
• Their production system with goals and core values and the following up on that.
